the easiest banana bread muffins there ever were…

they’re simple. they’re delicious. they’re simply delicious. thus, they are the perfect inaugural recipe post for bellathirty.

what you’ll need:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed banana (i didn’t measure, just used the three bananas I had on hand)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
dash of cinnamon

what to do:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. cream butter and sugar until smooth.
3. beat in eggs, then bananas. add flour and soda, stirring just until combined.
4. pour into prepared muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean).
5. remove from oven and devour at least one immediately because the smell of awesomeness is overwhelming let cool, store in refrigerator or freeze.
